why some of the products are out of stock? how do i order it?

As some of our products are seasonal produce and made to order, we can only accept order via email. Shipping/Delivery for these items may take up to 21 working days.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS IN SEASON?

Please refer to our Seasonal Availability Guide. We are always happy to provide suggestions of similar flowers or complementary colours if your favourites are not in season.

How can I apply a coupon to my order?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. Below the list of products, you will see a box where you may enter a valid coupon code to apply the discount to your order.

deLIVERY

When will my order ship?

All fresh edible and some dried flowers require fourteen working days notice to prepare your order as they are directly air freight directly from Australia. We will send an email immediately upon placement of your order and and confirmation of delivery date.

Failure to read these instructions may result in flowers not being delivered on your desired delivery date, in which case an alternate date for delivery will be offered or a credit note will be issued. 

Other than the fresh produce, we do our best to process and ship all orders within 24-48 business hours of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays which may further delay shipment. Processing time is also subject to item availability, so we recommend checking each item’s individual page for more information on its availability.

What is your Shipping Fee?

HKD$45 to Hong Kong; HKD$75 to all other Asia Pacific Countries; HKD$95 to international.

CANCEL, CHANGES, RETURNs OR REFUNDS

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? 

To cancel or make changes to the items in your order, please contact us at sales@skybridgehk.com, however please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Fresh Edible Flowers: 
As your fresh edible flower order is customised specifically to you changes can be made with plenty of notice. If your order has already been prepared for shipping then it cannot be cancelled.

Preserved Petals:
Orders may be changed if you get in touch with us before the order has been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible as orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

All items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds.

Our products are organic and you may get the odd friendly bug. These are safer in your punnet than the harsh inedible chemicals that would kill them. Simply gently brush off your flowers to prepare for eating.

EDIBLE FLOWERS - FRESH

HOW ARE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

Fresh edible flowers are packaged in punnets, well protected and surrounded by a cold pack. This ensures your flowers remain protected and fresh while travelling to you. We recommend refrigerating immediately upon delivery.

HOW DO I STORE MY FRESH EDIBLE FLOWERS?

To preserve freshness we recommend keeping fresh edible flowers refrigerated at all times, ideally between 4-6c. We don't recommend washing delicate and soft varieties as it may bruise the petals, so simply brush gently to prepare.

HOW LONG WILL MY FRESH EDIBLE FLOWERS LAST?

Depending on variety and season Petite Ingredient fresh edible flowers should last between 5-21 days, most commonly 10 days throughout the year. Some varieties such as marigolds will last 21 days in ideal conditions. For more precise information on your preferred flower please get in touch.

EDIBLE FLOWERS - DRIED OR PRESERVED

HOW ARE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

Preserved Petals products are all well sealed in bags, carefully wrapped and boxed before sending to you.

HOW LONG WILL MY DRIED EDIBLE FLOWERS LAST?

Dried edible flowers remain vibrant and perfect for eating for up to 2 years. Please store in a cool dry place in a sealed jar for optimum conditions. It is important to keep out of direct sunlight to maintain vibrancy of colour.
