How can I inquire about wholesale?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All edible flowers require fourteen working days notice to prepare your order as they are air-freight directly from Australia. A notification email will be sent immediately upon upon placement and payment of your order. Confirmation of delivery date will also be provided once shipments are confirmed.

Failure to read these instructions may result in flowers not being delivered on your desired delivery date, in which case an alternate date for delivery will be offered.

Other than the fresh produce, we do our best to process and ship all orders within 24-48 business hours of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays which may further delay shipment. Processing time is also subject to item availability, so we recommend checking each item’s individual page for more information on its availability.

How do I know what's in season?

Please refer to our Seasonal Availability Guide. We are always happy to provide suggestions of similar flowers or complementary colours if your favourites are not in season.

What is your minimum order?

For wholesale, all orders to be placed at box level for the wholesale price to apply. Part box orders will be charged at retail price.

What will delivery cost?

A delivery fee is applicable on all orders below HKD$3000 and is payable by you, the customer, on each delivery, expect where special conditions apply.

Our products can be shipped both local and internationally. Simply enter your details at the checkout.

I am a chef or industry professional, how do I order flowers?

Please contact us at sales@skybridgehk.com so we can organise direct delivery.

How do I change my order?

To cancel or make changes to the items in your order, please contact customer service at cs@skybridgehk.com, however please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Fresh Edible Flowers: 
As your fresh edible flower order is customised specifically to you, changes can be made with plenty of notice. If your order has already been prepared for shipping then it cannot be cancelled.

Preserved Petals:
Orders may be changed if you get in touch with us before the order has been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible as orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Is it possible to return the products?

All items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds. Our products are organic and you may get the odd friendly bug. These are safer in your punnet than the harsh inedible chemicals that would kill them. Simply gently brush off your flowers to prepare for eating.
